GDPR and LOPDGDD

Privacy policy

Last updated May 2026

Who is responsible

Responsible party: Adam Gunda, NIF Z1273880F, for Club de Tenis y Padel Buenavista.

Address: Carrer del Tudó 19, 03720 Benissa, Alicante, Spain.

Privacy email: privacidad.buenavista@gmail.com. Phone: +34 617 558 541.

No data protection officer has been appointed. This is not required for the club’s activity. GDPR and LOPDGDD duties still apply.

What we collect

Contact forms: your name, email, phone and the message you send when you ask about lessons, membership, or hiring the bar or studio. You provide this yourself.

CCTV: images from cameras in the bar, kitchen and studio, and outside at entrances, the car park and the courts. No facial recognition or biometric processing is used.

Some exterior cameras may catch a narrow strip of the public road next to the club. That capture is limited to what security needs, under LOPDGDD article 22.

Why we use it, and for how long

Enquiries and bookings: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Kept until the request is resolved, plus one year.

CCTV for the security of people, premises and property: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f). Images are kept for a maximum of 30 days, then deleted.

Incidental capture of the adjacent road follows the same 30-day limit.

This website also stores your cookie choice in local storage on your device. Sending a form uses EmailJS as a processor so the message can reach the club inbox. Court booking opens Playtomic or the TariniOS booking widget, which process data under their own notices once you use them.

Who receives data

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to club staff who handle the request, to authorities when the law requires it, and to processors (hosting, email, CCTV storage) under a contract (GDPR art. 28).

International transfers are not the club’s intention. If a cloud provider processes data outside the EEA, the club checks that appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

Write to privacidad.buenavista@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

CCTV signs at the cameras give a first layer of information and point to this policy.
