Purpose and intellectual property

The site presents the club’s facilities and services (tennis, padel, yoga, pilates and related activities) and lets you send a booking enquiry.

Text, photographs, the logo and the design belong to the club or its licensors. You may not copy or publish them without written permission.

Purpose: to manage your enquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

The club does not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or always available, and it is not liable for damage caused by use of the site or by failures outside its control.
