Please read before you book
Cancellation window
More than 24 hours before the booking: no charge.
Between 12 and 24 hours before: 50 percent of the fee.
Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: 100 percent of the fee.
Changes, weather and late arrival
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you want to move a booking. Changes of time or court type follow the same window.
If the weather makes play unreasonable, you can reschedule without a penalty. Check the forecast or call the club before you travel.
If you arrive late, the booking still ends at the original time and the full fee applies.
Exceptions and how to cancel
Medical emergencies and similar events may qualify for a full or partial refund, at the club’s discretion. Contact us as soon as you can.
Manage a court booking in Playtomic, or call +34 691 79 99 04. Lessons and activities booked in the club widget follow the same windows unless a class note says otherwise.
