We are committed to providing an excellent experience for all players. To ensure fairness and accommodate others, please adhere to our cancellation policy for tennis and padel court bookings.
1. Cancellation Window
More than 24 hours before: No charge.
12-24 hours before: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
Less than 12 hours before or no-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
2. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the full booking fee being charged.
3. Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
In case of inclement weather, you can reschedule without penalty.

5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full booking fee will apply.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
For medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refunds (full or partial) may be considered at our discretion.

7. Booking Modifications
Changes to your booking (e.g., time or court type) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
