Pilates

My background is B.Ed (Hons) Physical Education and I am a retired Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching , Fitness, Health and Exercise.

I offer Pilates based non impact exercise classes for men and women of all ages and abilities.

We focus on Balance, Posture, Core Strength, Flexibility and Joint Mobility …and we have FUN.

Mats, Arm and Leg weights and resistance bands are provided.

I ask that you complete a Pre Exercise Health Questionaire for your safety….and then you are good to Go !!
