Hi, Im Nicole, a qualified and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. I’ve trained in a wide range of styles, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra,  Every class I teach has a theme & a specific focus so there’s always something new to experience.  Now, as I approach midlife myself, I am especially passionate about helping people feel a younger version of themselves using their yoga practice as a great way to improve their physical vitality, their flexibility, mobility, and strength.
