We are committed to providing an excellent experience for all players. To ensure fairness and accommodate others, please adhere to our cancellation policy for tennis and padel court bookings.<\/p>

1. Cancellation Window<\/strong><\/p>

More than 24 hours before: No charge.<\/strong>
12-24 hours before: 50%<\/strong> of the booking fee will be charged.
Less than 12 hours before or no-show: 100%<\/strong> of the booking fee will be charged.<\/p>

2. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the full booking fee being charged.<\/p>

3. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.<\/p>

4. Weather-Related Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

In case of inclement weather, you can reschedule without penalty.
Please check the weather forecast or contact us for guidance before your booking.<\/p>

5. Late Arrivals<\/strong><\/p>

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full booking fee will apply.<\/p>

6. Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>

For medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refunds (full or partial) may be considered at our discretion.
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss these situations.<\/p>

7. Booking Modifications<\/strong><\/p>

Changes to your booking (e.g., time or court type) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>
